What we collect

When you sign up for early access, become a runner, or reach out as a business or delivery partner, we collect the details you give us directly, for example your name, business name, phone number, and email address.

We also automatically pick up a few technical details when you submit a sign-up form: which page you signed up from, the site that referred you here (if any), your browser's device information, and your approximate location (city/region/country, from your IP address — never your exact address). This helps us understand where demand is coming from as we plan the Harare launch. It's never asked for directly and never shown on any form.

Why we collect it

We use this information to get in touch about Sell'N Send's launch, to follow up on runner, business, or partner sign-ups, and to understand demand as we prepare to launch in Harare. We don't use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information with third parties. It's used internally by the Sell'N Send team only.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information you've given us at any time by contacting us at hello@sellnsend.com.

Changes to this policy

As Sell'N Send launches and the app starts processing real orders and payments, this policy will be replaced with a fuller version covering in-app data. We'll update this page when that happens.
